Brand Strategy and Identity

CHALLENGE
Jeremake Innovations had a powerful mission: to make everyone a scientist. Its flagship product, the Make-roscope, transformed any smartphone into a portable microscope, making scientific exploration more accessible than ever before. However, the brand's visual identity did not reflect that ambition. The existing identity felt outdated, clipart-like, and overly child-oriented, creating a disconnect between the brand's innovative products and how it was perceived. Rather than positioning Jeremake as a forward-thinking science platform, it risked being seen as just another educational STEM product. As the company expanded its vision beyond hardware into software, AI, and citizen science, it needed a brand capable of supporting that evolution.

SOLUTION
The project began with a comprehensive brand strategy to define Jeremake's long-term position in the market. The central idea, "Science Without Walls," became the foundation of the entire identity system. The new logo transforms the initials J and I into a subtle representation of a microscope observing a specimen, embedding Jeremake's purpose directly into the mark itself. Rather than relying on a literal illustration, the concept integrates scientific symbolism with the brand's initials to create a distinctive and ownable identity. A modern visual system was developed to communicate exploration, curiosity, and accessibility while maintaining scientific credibility. The identity was designed to support Jeremake's growing ecosystem of physical products, software, AI-powered experiences, and community-driven discovery. Every design decision was guided by one objective: to transform Jeremake from an educational product company into a modern science discovery platform.

RESULT
The new identity gives Jeremake a stronger strategic foundation for future growth. It positions the brand as a modern, accessible, and scalable science platform that appeals not only to young explorers, but also to parents, educators, and institutions. The visual identity reflects the company's evolution beyond a single product, creating a cohesive system that can extend across future devices, digital experiences, and educational initiatives. Most importantly, the rebrand shifts the conversation from selling a microscope to building a movement that inspires curiosity, encourages exploration, and reimagines how people experience science.
